These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tap4Loan website, mobile application, and related services operated by SVR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62013DL2026PTC469048) (“Tap4Loan”, “Platform”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

To use Tap4Loan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be an Indian resident.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Meet the eligibility criteria of the lending partner.

Tap4Loan is a digital platform that facilitates loan applications between customers and RBI-registered lending partners. SVR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED acts as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and does not itself lend money.

Loans offered through Tap4Loan are sanctioned and disbursed by Golu Leasing and Finance Co. Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (Certificate of Registration No. B-14.01773).

Loan approval, sanction, disbursement, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by the lending partner.

Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not misuse the Platform.
• Immediately report unauthorized access.

Users must complete identity verification through approved KYC processes. Failure to complete KYC may result in rejection or delay of loan processing.

Loan amount, tenure, interest rate, processing fee, foreclosure charges, penalties, and repayment schedule are determined by the lending partner and will be disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and loan agreement before acceptance.

By applying for a loan, you authorize Tap4Loan and its lending partners to:

• Obtain your credit report.
• Verify your identity.
• Report repayment history to credit bureaus.

You consent to receive communications through:

• SMS
• Email
• WhatsApp
• Push Notifications
• Phone Calls

All trademarks, logos, software, and content available on the Platform remain the property of SVR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

SVR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Loan rejection by lending partners.
• Delay caused by third-party service providers.
• Technical interruptions.
• Force majeure events.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where:

• False information is submitted.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Applicable laws or regulations require such action.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where SVR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED has its registered office.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
