Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided through Tap4Loan, operated by SVR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Loans are sanctioned and disbursed by our lending partner Golu Leasing and Finance Co. Private Limited (RBI CoR No. B-14.01773).

• You may cancel your loan application at any time before the loan is approved or disbursed.
• Once the loan has been sanctioned or disbursed by the lending partner, cancellation shall be governed by the terms of the respective RBI-registered NBFC or lending institution, including any cooling-off / look-up period disclosed in your Key Fact Statement.
• Any foreclosure or loan closure after disbursement shall be subject to the lender's applicable charges and policies.

• Processing fees, convenience fees, platform charges, or any applicable taxes paid during the loan application process are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the lending partner or required under applicable law.
• If a payment is deducted due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

Where a refund is approved:

• The refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the banking partner.
• Processing timelines may vary based on the payment gateway or bank.

If your account is debited but the transaction fails, please contact our customer support team with the transaction reference number. After successful verification, eligible refunds will be processed as per banking timelines.

Refunds shall not be provided in cases involving:

• Submission of incorrect or fraudulent information.
• Rejection of the loan application by the lending partner after processing.
• Charges deducted by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers that are non-refundable.
